Halveer de tomaten en snijd elke ui in partjes, halveer de paprika\u2019s, verwijder de zaadlijsten en snijd elke helft in 4 parten. Heat the rest of the oil in the stockpot with the oregano (make sure it doesn&#8217;t burn). Add the vegetables, stock and tomato puree.
