Ingredients:
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g raspberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp natural or Greek yogurt (or a plant-based alternative)
- 100ml apple juice, chilled
- 3-4 mint leaves (optional), plus extra to garnish
- 0,5 tbsp chiaseed
Preparation method:
STEP 1
Put the blueberries, raspberries, banana, yoghurt, apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add chiaseeds and stir. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick.
STEP 2
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass with a glass straw to serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint, or some extra chiaseeds!
