Blauwe bessenshake

Recipe: Blueberry shake


  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp natural or Greek yogurt (or a plant-based alternative)
  • 100ml apple juice, chilled
  • 3-4 mint leaves (optional), plus extra to garnish
  • 0,5 tbsp chiaseed

Preparation method:


Put the blueberries, raspberries, banana, yoghurt, apple juice and mint, if using, in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add chiaseeds and stir. Add a splash of water if it seems too thick.


Pour the smoothie into a tall glass with a glass straw to serve. Garnish with a sprig of mint, or some extra chiaseeds!
